For a better resident user experience North Haven Communities transferred the maintenance request page to a full-service resident portal. If you have not set up your resident portal and would like assistance please call your community office at (907) 869-3032. Calls will be accepted during normal business hours Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Maintenance requests can also be called in through the service line at (907) 356-7000.
