For a better resident user experience North Haven Communities transferred the maintenance request page to a full-service resident portal. If you have not set up your resident portal and would like assistance please call your community office at (888) 347-2985. Calls will be accepted during normal business hours Monday – Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. *Wednesday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Maintenance requests can also be called in through the service line at (907) 356-7000.
